Phase III Building Project

The NorthCreek Church and Academy Administration announced in November, 2015, the plans to continue forward with our Phase III project which includes a new chapel and gymnasium! Since building our Phase II project, the current Worship Center, the school has held its PE program and recesses outside while our after school sports program have been renting facilities off-site. This is exciting news for our church and school families!

The Timeline

Our groundbreaking is dependent on our beginning funds. We need to raise $3 million before groundbreaking and we’re making every effort to do so through fundraising and sponsors. So far, nearly $750,000 has been committed to the project.

The Plans

The oldest buildings on campus currently house our library, chapel, fellowship hall and preschool east side room. Our plan is to demolish the old buildings and replace them with a 36,000+ square foot, three story building. The basement will serve strictly for storage with a utility elevator to allow our buildings and grounds team to transport supplies to the first floor.

First Floor – 25,020 SQ. FT.
  • Inside/outside eating facilities connected to kitchen and gym
  • Regulation gym with two side courts and bleachers
  • Offices
  • Equipment Storage (first floor and basement)
  • 300+ seat chapel for weddings, memorials, ministry and school events
  • Restrooms with showers and lockers
  • Bride’s room
  • Meeting Rooms
Second Floor – 11,565 SQ. FT.
  • Fitness/Wellness Center
  • Walking/Running Track
  • Classroom/Meeting Rooms
  • Multiple Use Areas
  • Restrooms
