This fundraising event plays a vital role in easing that financial pressure while allowing us to continue offering an exceptional education. Golfers
What is the format of the tournament?
18 hole, shotgun style tournament. Shotgun time is 11am.
How much does it cost to register?
 Single Player: $500Â
Twosome: $1000Â
Foursome: $2000Â
Are current students or recent alumni (high schoolers) invited to play?
High school aged alumni are welcome to play, although note that the event is on a Tuesday. They must also have sufficient golf experience (play on golf team, etc.) to not slow down the pace of play for others. There is no alumni ticket discount.
What’s included in the golfer registration?
18 holes of golf, light breakfast, lunch, and a ticket for you and a guest to the Awards Reception
Do I need to register as a foursome, or can I sign up individually?
You may register as a single player, twosome, or foursome. If you sign up individually and would like to request a team, please reach out to Emily (eshepherd@ncapschool.org) with the list of players you would like to be grouped with.Â
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive between 930am and 1030am to the Falls Course.
Are golf carts included?
Yes
What should I wear?
Please wear a collared shirt, no jeans, no casual athletic wear.
Will food and drinks be provided during the tournament?
Yes, there will be a light breakfast, lunch, and beverages throughout the day. Tickets to the awards reception are also included!
What happens in the event of bad weather?
We will reach out via email if weather becomes a factor.
Awards Reception
What time does the reception begin?
5pm, Falls Course Dining Room
What can I expect at the reception?
Heavy appetizers and drinks (both alcoholic and non) will be served, followed by a short program, silent auction, and a few games with prizes. It will be a sweet time to mingle with NCAP friends and partners and enjoy the view at Blackhawk Country Club.
Can I attend the reception if I’m not golfing?
Definitely!
How much are reception tickets?
Reception tickets are $75 each and includes beverages (both alcoholic and non!) and heavy appetizers.
What is the attire?
Dress is Country Club Casual (no jeans, please).
Are kids or families allowed at the reception?
Adult family members (alumni, parents, grandparents, friends, colleagues) welcome! The reception isn’t suitable for current students or children.
Donations
What types of items are you looking for?
Generally we are looking for items with a value of $200 or more. This can include sports tickets, sports memorabilia, getaways, gift certificates, service offerings, etc.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
We are an IRC 501(c)(3) Organization / Federal Tax ID No: 94-1592886. Your donation may be tax deductible. Please consult your tax advisor.
How do I submit a donated item?

How will my business be recognized?
Sponsorship packages include on course advertising, as well as your logo on digital/printed materials. If you’d like to discuss your specific business need, please reach out to Emily (eshepherd@ncapschool.org).Â
If I sponsor a hole, do I need to attend the tournament?
Nope! You don’t have to be present at the hole, or at the tournament. If included in your sponsorship package, golf tickets can be re-assigned. You are still welcome to attend the twilight reception, starting at 5pm. Reception tickets may be included in your sponsorship package or can be purchased separately.
