Preschool Admissions
NorthCreek Preschool offers extraordinary opportunities for educational, social and physical growth.
Enrollment is open to all preschool aged children of the Walnut Creek community. Students with birthdays in September or October 2025, may apply contingent upon determination of program readiness. Students eligible for kindergarten (5 years old on or before September 1, 2025) are not eligible for the 4s, but may apply to NorthCreek Academy (NCA) transitional kindergarten (TK) or kindergarten.
Tuition & Fees
NorthCreek Academy is funded by means of tuition as well as the gifts and volunteer services of its parents. Educational services are provided for the student on the basis of an annual tuition.
The first tuition installment of the school year is non-refundable.
Registration Fee
An annual nonrefundable Registration Fee of $135 per student is required to be paid with the online application for new applicants and with the online re-enrollment for current students. The Registration Fee is paid online through FACTS.
Multi-Student Tuition Discount
Preschool Multi-Student Tuition Discount: NCP offers a multi-student discount for families who enroll more than one preschool student. The regular tuition rate applies to one student, and a 8% tuition discount applies to each additional student. NCP multi-student discounts apply to NCP students only and do not include NorthCreek Academy students.
Application Fee
A nonrefundable Application Fee of $225 per student is required to be paid with the online application.
Enrollment Commitment (annual charge)
Upon re-enrollment for current students, or notification of acceptance for new applicants, a nonrefundable Enrollment Commitment of $300 per student is required to be paid with the online re-enrollment/enrollment.

Preschool Enrollment Process
1.
Tour Program
A program tour is a requirement for all new NorthCreek Preschool families. You may submit an application prior to touring; however, you must take a tour prior to enrolling. Please contact our Preschool Secretary at (925) 954-6353 to schedule a tour.

Complete Application
Complete the application and pay the nonrefundable Registration Fee of $135.
3.
Application Review
Your application will be reviewed.
4.
Enroll
Should the application meet admission criteria, the school will send an email with enrollment instructions.
5.
Secure Enrollment
The nonrefundable first tuition installment must be paid in June to secure enrollment.
