It’s Auction Season!

It’s the beginning of March which means we’re gearing up for our biggest fundraiser of the year on Saturday, April 28th! There are many ways you as a NorthCreek family can be a part of our auction and we’ll list those ways below. If you are new to our school, we’d like to tell you a little bit about our event. Our auction is historically our biggest fundraising event each year. We’ve raised $638,435 over the last 4 years which contributes to our Phase III project – a new building that will include a gym, library and chapel. Visit our Phase III project page for more information.

We are excited for our theme this year, The Sky is the Limit, because we really do believe that through God’s provisions the Sky is the Limit! We hope that this auction will be our best yet, not just from the money we raise but because of the fun and fellowship the night will bring to you!

So how can you participate in this event? To start, we’d love for you to COME to the GALA EVENT on Saturday, April 28, at 5:30PM. Tickets and tables for the event are available for purchase online by clicking here. We offer a wide variety of silent auction items, game tickets, and a fabulous Live auction with an entertaining auctioneer. Not to mention, the decor will make you feel like you’re flying first class and the food will not disappoint as you’re serenaded by the live music from Age of the Hour, featuring NorthCreek alumni Grant Tudor, Josh Pikal, and Alyssa House. All guests will receive an auction catalog with your bidder number a few days before the event so you can preview our items available ahead of time.

Whether you can or cannot attend the gala event, we offer an ONLINE AUCTION Monday, April 23 through Thursday, April 26, and all are invited to participate! Items include gift cards, service certificates, lessons, parties, and our popular Time with Teacher – a chance for students to spend quality time with their teachers outside of the classroom. Look for a special blog post titled Online Auction 101 in April with more instructions and tips on how to bid online.

KENDRA SCOTT Jewelers is hosting a fundraiser event at their store in Walnut Creek on Thursday, March 22 from 6-9pm, where 20% of all purchases will be donated to the school. This is another great opportunity for our families to support our school and a local business.

Of course, we can’t have an auction without DONATIONS. Our auction team has been working hard to procure donations from local businesses and large corporate groups like Disneyland and professional sports teams. However, we’d love your participation as well! Do you have a vacation home to rent out for a week or weekend? Do you have a cool job that you can show to others on a tour? Do you have a personal connection with someone who can donate sports tickets? You can even purchase gift cards or items to donate as a package. Don’t have anything tangible to give but want to donate? We also accept cash donations or underwriting donations which is money given to purchase an item to sell. The Sky’s the Limit! Click here to fill out our online donation form. If you would like to donate but need more direction on what to give, please contact our auction team at auction@ncapschool.org, we’d be happy to help!

For all other things auction, please visit our auction page on the school website. It will provide more information about tickets and tables, the online auction, our auction team, the auction catalog, and links to our auction website.

That’s all for now, we look forward to this season and all that the auction brings to our school!
