PHEW! What a day (weekend, week, ten days).
Writing to express my gratitude to God for a great “first day back” to NCA’S VIRTUAL ACADEMY! We encountered some bumps here and there, as was expected, but all in all, WOW. MANY of you took the time to send an encouraging note to teachers, or me, and I thank you for that encouragement. The transition from a ‘brick and mortar’ school to what we experienced today is, personally, remarkable to this principal. And let’s be clear: the hard work went to every teacher in this ministry, and their team of leaders known as the Leadership team, as well as a group of support staff, all helping in various ways in technical support. These teams worked hours and hours this past week, and the many other support staff who worked the better part of Saturday to deliver supplies and materials to your homes- these dear souls are GIFTS to our school community. Thank you God!
As a staff we are sincerely praying for you, our parent community. You are leading and training up your children in very challenging times. Please know, we realize many of you are personally working hard, some under very stressful situations- many with multiple children at home- it’s a lot. Please feel free to reach out to your child’s teacher(s) in the days ahead should we be of help to you. We are PRAYING for you, and stand eager to walk with you during this time. Please don’t hesitate to keep us looped on how we can support you and walk with you with eyes on the Lord for HIS provision for your needs today.
Good night, and God bless. See you tomorrow!
