Dinner & Auction

Why An Auction?

Schools are notorious for fundraisers, especially private schools. We aim to minimize the asks by consolidating to a couple of small fundraisers paired with our main event, the auction. While tuition covers most of our operating budget, the auction helps to keep us in the black along with funding special projects like Phase III. The auction is our way of raising a large amount of money in a single event, all for the school we love!

The auction night itself begins with appetizers, raffles, and silent auction bidding. All items are procured by our auction team and school families from mostly local businesses. We have a number of hot items, food and dining, vacations, and experiences for bid. Our guests will eventually move under the courtyard tent for a gourmet dinner and our live auction activities with a real auctioneer and bidder paddles. It’s a fun night, one that many of our school parents look forward to each year!

Can’t make it to the auction? Not a problem! We hold an online auction (eBay style!) the week prior to the auction for all to participate in. We offer special time with teacher events, gift cards, lessons, services, and more! We hope you’ll consider joining us either at the gala event or in the online auction.

Why Support Us?

Our mission is to raise funds to begin our PHASE III PROJECT, which includes a gym, library and chapel, in addition to our financial aid program and growing NorthCreek Foundation.

Donations

We are accepting donations of every kind! Hot items include: professional and semi-pro sports tickets, sports memorobilia, getaways, concert tickets, gift cards and certificates, home-made items, unique experiences, etc.

NorthCreek Academy and Preschool reserves the right to accept and utilize donations, sponsorships, and advertising in accordance with the core values and mission statement of NorthCreek Academy and Preschool, a ministry of NorthCreek Church.
